Help & Counselors

If you encounter any issues while playing you may use the HELP feature in game to get in contact with one of the staff.

Please be mindful of using the help function and do not send in repeated messages or questions that may otherwise be answered on the forums or through reading the Wiki.

If your character is physically stuck in the world do not page a GM but instead use the help stuck feature which will take you to a selected town.
